Born in October 1982 in Jiamusi, Heilongjiang Province, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Hull in the UK, a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Warwick in the UK, and an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
· 2006 - 2009: The first regional representative, responsible for the northwest region service system set up.
· 2009 - 2011: Overseas Operations Manager at Lenovo, dispatched to Slovakia to be in charge of service operations management in emerging markets.
· 2011 - 2012: Senior Manager at Lenovo MIDH, responsible for the operation of EMAT tablet products and exceeding regional performance target.
· 2012 - 2013: Vice President EA at Lenovo MIDH, assisting the vice president of the tablet division in decision-making and work arrangements, and temporarily acting as the head of operation and management of the business unit.
· 2013 - 2015: Service Director at Xiaomi Corporation, in charge of domestic service operations management and the head of operation and management of the business unit.
In 2015: Partner and General Manager of the IOT & Service Department at Beijing SHENQI Technology Co., Ltd, planning the development strategy of the IoT ecosystem and building the ZUK service system.
