Q: What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

A: Dingfoo's official MOQ is 500pcs per item. We can support initial test orders with fewer purchasing quantities, but we recommend purchasing at least the quantity of a default carton, typically ranging from around 30pcs to 300pcs.

Q: How long is the lead time for my order?

A: It depends on the stock availability. If the required item is in stock properly, it takes 2-3 business days to dispatch the order. If not, reproduction takes around 15-20 business days based on our production schedule.

Q: Do you support customized packaging?

A: Yes, we do! As an ODM factory, we offer support for customized packaging with an MOQ of 1000pcs, ensuring cost-effectiveness. We can store the customized packaging in our warehouse and dispatch them accordingly to your future order to save your warehousing and shipping costs.

Q: Is customization of the product possible?

A: Absolutely! As a sex toy manufacturer ourselves, we support any customization on the product. Customizing the product color requires an MOQ of 1000pcs. If you require customization on the product design, please contact us for further details.

Q: What shipping methods are available?

A: We generally prefer the EXW incoterm, but if you don't have your forwarder in China. We can use ours with pleasure. Basically, any common shipping methods are available, including express, air, truck, or sea. Shipping time takes around 7 days for express and 30 days for sea shipping.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept bank transfer, Alibaba Assurance Order, and Paypal. Paypal is only preferred for sample orders under USD 200. For any other payment methods, please feel free to inquire. For CNY Payment, please consult before making the payment, as a 13% tax charge must be included in the total amount according to the tax policy in China.

We also have visits planned to countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, South Korea, Russia, the Czech Republic, Finland, and the Netherlands. Meetings can be arranged in your country as well!
